MACTEC’S FACILITY LIFECYCLE GROUP MOVES TO LARGER FACILITIES

KENNESAW, GA, Feb. 27, 2008 – MACTEC’s Facility Lifecycle Group (FLG), the facility asset management software and services operating division of MACTEC Engineering and Consulting, Inc. (MACTEC E&C), has moved to a 15,000-square-foot facility in Kennesaw. MACTEC Senior Vice President Larry White made the announcement. The new address is 2015 Vaughn Rd., Ste. 300, Kennesaw 30144; 770-514-2006.

“We expect to substantially increase the number of MACTEC FLG employees over the next 12 to 18 months,” White said. “Our new location provides us with larger conference and training room areas that are more conducive to working with our varied client base.”

MACTEC FLG’s flagship product is Vertex®, a facility decision support system based on data from field assessments that is objective, verifiable, and repeatable. The web-based facility asset management software is a capital planning tool that allows clients to generate detailed information regarding the condition of an asset, forecast its remaining useful life, and run budget, forecasting, and lifecycle cost scenarios. Vertex enables corporate executives, managers, and institutional directors to allocate appropriate funds and prepare defendable financial plans based on facts.
