Q. How do I
submit my resume?
A. Please submit your resume online via our Careers
section, using the MACTEC Job Search link. Select
Location and Job Category to find the open job you
desire. Click “Apply for this Position” and you will
be asked to set up a new password in the system,
prior to submitting your resume. To help narrow your
search, you can also select key words. However, you
may want to start your search by being more general.
(As an example, if you are a chemist or biologist,
you may want to select location and then do an
initial search by selecting “scientist” in the Job
Category).

Q. Who receives my resume?
A.
When you apply online, your resume is sent directly
to our recruitment database, which is accessed by
our recruiters in offices nationwide. After
applying, you will receive a confirmation notice
that your resume has been received.
Your qualifications will be carefully reviewed. If
additional information is needed or if you are
selected for an interview, a member of our Staffing
Team or an employee from the specific job site will
contact you via e-mail or telephone.

Q. How can I edit my candidate profile?
A. To edit your profile, login with your password
under the Careers section and edit profile.

A. All positions listed on our Web site are still
open.

A. Definitely! We encourage you to apply for all
positions where you feel your skills and abilities
match our needs.

How do I apply for more than one job?
A. If you are qualified and interested in more than
one job opening and you have already submitted your
resume through the Careers section, you will simply
need to login as a registered user with your
existing email address and password. Then, you may
search for the job posting(s) for which you qualify,
and click on the “Apply for this Position” button.
You may then submit your resume/profile to multiple
job openings for which you qualify.

Q. How can I apply for an internship with MACTEC?
A. Internships are offered on a formal and informal
basis at many office locations. You may search for
"Internships", from our Job Search category and then
apply.

Q. How will I know if my resume has been received?
A. If you submit your resume properly online, you
will receive an immediate acknowledgement on your
screen. You will also receive a confirmation email.
The email will confirm your password to our Careers
page.

salary range?
A. Company salaries are industry-competitive.
Salaries are determined by the level of skill and
the years of experience required for the position.
When responding to an opening, please specify your
salary requirement. More information on starting
salaries can be obtained at the time of the
interview.

A. No, MACTEC does not accept unsolicited resumes.

access to it?
A. All resumes received by MACTEC are considered
confidential and are evaluated only by the hiring
authorities who are seeking candidates for that

How does the interview process work?
A. Your initial interview may be conducted by a
Human Resources Representative or a member of the
hiring team in the department or office to which
you've applied. In subsequent interviews, you may
meet with several other supervisors or managers
before a hiring decision is made. Additional
interviews may require more than one visit to the
office.

A. After logging into the Careers section of
our web site, you can view the status of your
application for all of the jobs you have applied
for.

A. Job openings are posted until they are filled,
cancelled, put on hold, or we have received a large
number of responses and the hiring department is no
longer accepting resumes.

Q. What if I don’t have an email address?
A. An email address is required. You must set up
an email account before you will be able to log in
and submit your resume. If you do not currently have
an email address, there are many internet service
providers who offer free email accounts. For your
convenience, a direct link to obtain a free account
with either
Yahoo

is provided at the beginning of our application

if I forgot my password?
A. If you forgot your password, select the Login
button at the bottom of the Careers page, and your
password will be sent to your email address.

A. If you have a new email address, login using
your old email address and update your profile with
your new email address.

database?
A. Your candidate profile will remain active in our
system for a minimum of one year following the date
of your most recent activity.

A. Yes, drug screening is a long-standing policy
and is one of many ways we provide a productive and
safe environment for our employees and our
customers.

references?
A.
Once we begin the interview process, we may contact
your former employers. However, we will not do so
without your consent.

Q. Will I be considered for positions other than
the one for which I’ve submitted my resume?
A.
Yes. Once submitted, your resume goes directly into
our database, and our recruiters nationwide will
have access to it.

A. If you are unable to apply for a job posting due
to technical difficulties, you may email your resume
