Employee Recognition Program

In keeping with our commitment to recruit, retain and develop exceptional employees, MACTEC’s five-tier employee recognition program enables us to recognize and reward our employees for their commitment and contributions, both to us and our clients.

• Tier 1 – CEO Award. Monetary awards and CEO recognition for employees who provide outstanding client service and/or project management.
• Tier 2 – Most Valuable Performer (MVP) Club. Recognition for exceptional performance in one or more of the following:

• Tier 3 – Bravo! Cards. Formal acknowledgement for employees who go above and beyond for clients and coworkers.
• Tier 4 – Service Anniversary Awards. CEO acknowledgement and gift selection for employees at milestone service anniversaries.
