J. Allen Kibler, Jr., P.G., Named President Of MACTEC Engineering
and Consulting, Inc.
ALPHARETTA, GA, May 21, 2008 - J. Allen Kibler, Jr., P.G., has been appointed President of MACTEC Engineering and Consulting, Inc. (MACTEC E&C), the consultancy entity of MACTEC, Inc., the holding company, focusing on engineering and design, environmental, and construction services. He will be responsible for the overall operational management of 80 offices and 3,000-plus employees nationwide.
Kibler, a registered Professional Geologist in Georgia and Virginia, received a Bachelor of Science degree in environmental geology from Western Washington University. Twenty-three of his 24 years experience in the engineering industry has been with MACTEC. Since 2002, Kibler has served as the firm’s South Division Manager, responsible for 21 offices throughout the Southeastern United States. The South Division currently has more than 1,100 employees and over $112 million in annual revenue. Kibler has also managed the firm’s National Telecommunications Group and has been a project manager for many of the company’s largest environmental efforts, which have included more than 200 environmental site assessments and remediation projects.
