Civil Master Planning (2000 – 2004)

In 2000, Kaiser Permanente embarked on a ten-year, multi-phase development of their new Vallejo Hospital campus. Using our experience at the site, MACTEC provided a civil master plan that will guide the infrastructure design of the overall facility. MACTEC also provided subsurface engineering and utility master planning services for the campus architect, Gordon Chung and Partners. Services included plan and specification development for utility relocation design, and site work for a 5-story parking structure and a 3-story hospital office building.
