MACTEC’s approach to the implementation of an EMS includes an emphasis on mentoring clients through the implementation process to ensure the client owns the EMS; an emphasis on integrating the EMS with the existing management systems and structures within the business, particularly health, safety and quality; and provision of technical capabilities to back up our management consulting services.
