For example, we may offer a guaranteed fixed-price remediation approach using cost-cap insurance, or provide a complete total liability transfer of known and unknown environmental conditions while managing work and communications between clients, regulatory agencies, communities, and other stakeholders. We may also offer, as appropriate, a project approach that includes use of our NRC-issued radioactive materials handling license, which enables us to take on the associated risks and thereby reduce a client’s oversight costs.
