MACTEC performed a Function Analysis Concept Development study on this automotive maintenance shop (15,072 SF), organizational equipment storage (4,114 SF), hazardous/flammable storage building (600 SF) and fueling island. The construction cost for this project was estimated at $6.2 million. The VE effort resulted in savings of $1.4 million for this Norfolk Corps of Engineer's project.

Acid Anhydrous Ammonia Plant, Radford, VA

MACTEC performed a value engineering study on this storage facility with a capacity of eight 100 ton bullet tanks and three 100 ton burn tanks.  The construction cost for this project was estimated at $6.2 million. The VE effort resulted in savings of $1.4 million for this Norfolk Corps of Engineer's project.
