MACTEC conducted a VE study of the new clinic containing 36,000 SF of space to accommodate preventive and corrective health measures for military and civilian workers employed at the Air Force Base.  The VE study resulted in savings of $209,000 for this $52 million Tulsa District, Corps of Engineers project.
