MACTEC facilitated a Function Analysis Concept Development (FACD) for this $11.5 million project. The new buildings will provide a headquarters, operations building, boat maintenance facility and living quarters for the Navy Seals.  The FACD resulted in savings of $2.5 million for this $11.5 million Atlantic Division, Naval Facilities Engineering Command project.
