MACTEC performed a value engineering study for the 175,000 SF Performing Arts Theater, including the renovation of the existing 85,000 SF building for performance support and academic space.  The construction cost for this project was estimated at $35 million.   The VE team generated 95 ideas and developed 53 cost saving proposals that resulted in estimated savings of $5.6 million.
