MACTEC conducted a VE study of the new dining facility that would furnish service for 2,200 sailors in this modern 31,500 SF building that would make their military experience more pleasurable.  The VE study resulted in savings of $510,000 for this $8 million Northern Division, Naval Facilities Engineering Command project.
