MACTEC Effort Dramatically Improves Treatment Capacity
As a result of MACTEC’s efforts in evaluating an existing municipal sewage collection and treatment system for a city in Kenya, plant treatment capacity was increased from 8 MGD to 21 MGD; dramatic reduction was experienced in BOD and suspended solid content; and all awarded contracts were within the estimated cost range.
