Field Equipment

In addition to the vast array of field equipment stored at local MACTEC branches throughout the country, we have a Field Operations Services (FOS) department that serves as a central location accessible to MACTEC project managers. Whether a project requires environmental equipment, field gear, expendables, chemicals, or gases, the FOS manager works with project managers to ensure that every project’s equipment needs are met. The FOS department has its own climate-controlled storage facility; a workshop area where equipment goes through decontamination, QA/QC, or repairs; and loading and shipping areas, from which equipment and supplies can be delivered to the required location, often overnight.

Our in-house equipment includes the latest technology and ranges from radiation monitors and soil sampling equipment to Global Positioning Systems and Ground Penetrating Radar devices.
