Scientists at MACTEC’s nationwide laboratories
test a variety of materials including bicycle
helmets in Atlanta, tree stands in Jacksonville,
and pavements at our asphalt and Superpave lab
in Phoenix. At our specialized pavement materials
testing and research center in Beltsville, MD,
we develop testing protocols for the Federal Highway
Administration’s Long-Term Pavement Performance
Program. All of our labs and research centers
act as a network, providing expert resources on
projects throughout the country.
